Tiramisu is a
timeless dessert and can be eaten in all seasons and can be prepared for any occasion.
A very simple recipe yet comes out very well .Have tried for only 2 can
increase the quantity of the ingredients as per the requirement. So let’s get started
with this yummy and easy to make all time dessert
The ingredients

Mascarpone cheese:
The texture needs to be full fat to get the right rich velvety taste.
Coffee: It can be
instant or brewed but need to ensure that the coffee is strong
Whipping Cream:
Minimum Fat content needs to be 35% .
Cocoa
Powder-Unsweetened in taste
Make the whole
recipe 1-2 hrs. before serving. Chilled Tiramisu will have a more firmer
structure .
The Tiramisu is eggless and Alcohol free can be even served to kids. The luscious mascarpone cream with soft coffee soaked completely in lady finger and generous heaps of cocoa powder. It takes only
10 minutes of your time to prepare.
Ingredients
4 oz full fat
Mascarpone Cream Cheese
2 Tablespoon
granulated sugar
½ teaspoon Vanilla
Extract
½ cup whipping
cream fat content 35% and above (Chilled)
Coffee
Mixture
½ cup water
2 tablespoon
strong coffee
1 tablespoon
granulated sugar
Others
Ladyfinger
biscuits
Coffee powder to
sprinkle
Instructions
Mascarpone Cream
Add
Mascarpone cheese and sugar into a deep base bowl. Beat until fluffy using a
hand whisk. Now add in the vanilla extract or essence and Whipping cream to it.
Continue whisking until the cream is thick and stiff. Ensure not to overbeat as
it will split the cream. Set the mixture aside.
Coffee Mixture
Mix the coffee, sugar and water in a container and set
aside till the sugar completely dissolves.
Assembling Process
Soak the ladyfinger biscuits in the coffee mixture for
a few seconds and arrange at the bottom of 2 glasses or cup. Dust with cocoa powder.
Spoon and divide half a mascarpone mixture into the glasses. Repeat same
process with the rest of the lady fingers and the Mascarpone cream mixture.
Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hrs for a firmer texture.
Dust cocoa powder at the time of serving.
