Mango Mousse
Fixings:
1/2 glasses slashed ready mango (about 2 mangoes)
1/4 glass squeezed orange
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 measure confectioners' sugar
dash salt
1 glass whipping cream, whipped
mango cuts for enhancement
crisp mint, discretionary
Planning:
Put slashed mangoes, orange and lemon squeezes, sugar, and salt in blender. Process until mixture is smooth. Fold mango puree mixture into the whipped cream and put into individual serving dishes. Chill. Trim with cut mangoes and sprigs of mint, if fancied.
Serves 4.
