INGREDIENTS
2 cups white granulated sugar
6 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1 stick butter melted room temperature
4 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3 cup quick cooking oats
COOKING METHOD
In a medium saucepan combines sugar, cocoa, milk and butter together. Bring to a boil and cook for about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat. Allow the mixture to stand for about a minute. Then add in the peanut butter, vanilla extract and cooking oats to it and stir well. Place a large sheet of wax paper and drop little spoons onto the wax paper. Allow it to cool.
NO BAKE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

In a large bowl Place together the chocolate chips, chunky peanut butter, cooking oats, and pure vanilla extract. In a medium saucepan put the butter, milk, and sugar together and bring it to a boil. Boil for 1 -11/2 minute.Now mix the hot mixture with the oatmeal -chocolate chip mixture and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Allow it to cool.
EASY NO BAKE PEANUT OATMEAL COOKIES-MAKES 30

½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup peanuts

In a medium size saucepan place the sugar, butter, and milk and bring it to a boil. Boil for about 2-3 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and allow it to stand for a minute or two. Now stir in the the creamy peanut butter, vanilla extract, cooking oats, and peanuts. Mix well till all ingredients are well combined. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let it cool until it completely sets.
