EASY OREO ICE CREAM CAKE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
42  Oreo sandwich cookies
1 tub light Cool Whip
1/2 gallon  chocolate chip ice cream(mint flavour)
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 pot of hot fudge
METHOD FOR MAKING OREO ICE CREAM CAKE
In a food processor Blend the oreo cookies with the butter.Now Pour 1/2 of this mixture into a flat cake pan. Divide the mint chocolate chip ice cream into  half and soften at room temperature. Now Spread 1/2 of the  ice cream on the cookie crust. Spread Hot fudge on the ice cream layer.Using a spoon  Spread the remaining ice cream on fudge layer. Spread Cool Whip on ice cream. Sprinkle top with remaining Oreo cookie mixture. Place ice cream cake in freezer for about  4 hours, or overnight, before serving.

INGREDIENTS

50 OREO Chocolate  Cookies, divided

1/2 stick butter  at room temperature

4 pkg.  PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, room temperature

1 cup white castor sugar

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

4 large eggs room temperature


METHOD FOR MAKING OREO COOKIES AND CREAM CHEESECAKE SQUARES
PLACE 30 of the oreo sandwich cookies in a food processor and  Process until finely grounded.Now  Add the softened butter and mix well. Pressthis prepared crust onto bottom of a 13x9-inch baking pan.

Now MIX the cream cheese,castor  sugar and pure vanilla extract with electric beater on medium speed until well combined. Now Add in the eggs one at a time and mix just until blended. Chop the remaining 20 oreo cookies. Gently stir in  1 cup of the chopped cookies into the cream cheese batter. Pour this mixture over the prepared crust; sprinkle with remaining chopped oreo cookies.

BAKE this mixture at 350°F for about30- 40 minutes or until the center is completely set.Allow it to  Cool. Refrigerate . Cut into squares.

THIS BEAUTIFUL DESSERT IS VERY EASY TO MAKE AND REQUIRES LITTLE EFFORT.

THE INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR MAKING THIS DELICIOUS DESSERT AND THE PREPARATION METHOD IS AS GIVEN BELOW:

INGREDIENTS

1 package of fresh large sized strawberries(small won't do as you need to fill the strawberries)

8 ounce of Philadelphia cream cheese softened is at room temperature

1/2 cup of white powdered sugar

oreo cheesecake stuffed strawberries

1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

10 oreos sandwich cookies

STEP BY STEP PREPARATION METHOD

The first thing that you need to do is wash the strawberries thoroughly .Allow them to dry completely and cut off the tops of the strawberries.

After this core the strawberries.Set aside

Now for making the filling

Using an electric beater in a large bowl beat the cream cheese till smooth.Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat well again till the mixture is smooth.

Now in a ziplock bag place the oreo cookies and crush them using a rolling pin until they turn into a fine powdery mixture.Make sure that there are no big chunks.Use can also use a food processor for crushing the oreo cookies.

Place half of this fine oreos mixture in a bowl and mix the other remaining half into the smooth cream cheese mixture and mix well.

Fill the strawberries with this oreo cream cheese fillinga little bit that is coming out of the top.Dip the top of the strawberries into the finely crushed oreos powder that was kept in another bowl.And serve.

 OREO TRIFLE IS A VERY RICH DESSERT THAT IS EASY TO MAKE AND SIMPLE DELECTABLE TO TASTE.

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR MAKING OREO TRIFLE
1 lb Oreo sandwich  cookies
8 ounces of cream cheese, room temperature and softened
1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon mint extract,
1 lb milk chocolate
1/2 lb white chocolate for drizzling

METHOD FOR MAKING OREO TRIFLE

In a bowl Using a blender or food processor, process the oreo cookies into a fine powder.
Now using an electric beater, beat together the cookie powder, the softened cream cheese and pure vanilla extract till all the ingredients are well  mixed (without any white traces of cream cheese).
Now Roll out this prepared dough  into small balls and place them on lined cookie sheet.
Refrigerate for  about an hour.
Now Line two cookie sheets with wax paper.
In a double-boiler, melt the milk chocolate. Now dip the prepared oreo balls into the melted chocolate mixture and coat thoroughly.
 Using a slotted spoon, lift the oreo balls out of the melted chocolate and let the excess chocolate drip off.
Place  tghe chocolate coated oreo balls on wax-paper-lined cookie sheet.
In another double boiler, melt the white chocolate.
Using a fork, drizzle white chocolate all over the oreo balls.
Allow to  cool.
keep in the refrigerator.
