Chocolate Peanut Butter Pecan Tart Recipe

16 oz. semisweet chocolate

1 half quart heavy cream

4 Tablespoon. unsalted butter

1/2 Cup. pecan pieces

1/2 Cup. peanut butter

1 graham cracker crumb pie shell (9-inch)

Hack chocolate into small pieces and place in a dish.

In a substantial pot, bring cream and butter a bubble. Spill bubbling cream over chocolate and blend until smooth and all the chocolate is softened. Blend in the pecans and peanut butter.

Put mixture into the pie shell, and refrigerate until set.

Present with whipped cream or dessert.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.

Cinnamon Rice Pudding

3 Cup. cooked medium grain rice

3 Cup. milk

1/2 C. sugar

1/4 Cup. butter

2 cinnamon sticks

1 teaspoon. vanilla extract

Ground cinnamon

Berries and whipped cream, discretionary

Join rice, milk, sugar, butter, cinnamon sticks and vanilla in a 2-quart pot. Cook over medium high temperature until thick and creamy, 20 to 25 minutes, mixing often. Expel from high temperature; evacuate cinnamon sticks and top with whipped cream and new various berries, if wanted. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.

Yield: 6 servings

Tiramisu Parfaits

20 vanilla wafers, partitioned

1 holder (8 ounces) whipped cream cheese spread

3 tablespoons powdered sugar

1/3 mug cool fermented coffee, partitioned

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 mug defrosted solidified whipped topping

Hold 4 wafers for embellishment. Coarsely break staying 16 wafers; put aside.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, 3 tablespoons of the coffee and vanilla in medium vessel with electric blender on medium rate until overall mixed. Delicately blend in whipped topping.

Shower remaining coffee over wafer pieces in small bowl. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture into each of 4 sweet dishes; top with 1 to 2 tablespoons doused wafer pieces. Rehash layers, finishing with cream cheese mixture.

Refrigerate no less than 1 hour. Top with saved wafers just before serving.

Makes 4 servings, 1 parfait each.

Serve finished with a small dab of extra defrosted solidified whipped topping.

Unique Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies**

2 1/4 measures all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 measure (2 sticks) butter, mellowed

3/4 mug granulated sugar

3/4 mug pressed brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 extensive eggs

2 measures (12-oz. pkg.) NestlĂ©® TOLL House® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

1 mug slashed nuts

Bearings:

PREHEAT oven to 375° F.

Consolidate flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in expansive blender vessel until creamy. Include eggs, each one in turn, beating admirably after every expansion. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Mix in pieces and nuts. Drop by adjusted tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.

BAKE for 9 to 11 minutes or until brilliant brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; uproot to wire racks to cool totally.

Dish COOKIE VARIATION: Grease 15 x 10-inch jam move container. Get ready mixture as above. Spread into arranged dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until brilliant brown. Cool in container on wire rack. Makes 4 dozen b
