Eggnog Eclair Dessert Recipe

1 pkg. (8 oz.) block cream cheese, relaxed

2 glasses cold milk

1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) vanilla moment pudding mix

1/2 tsp. rum extract

1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, defrosted, isolated

78 NILLA Wafers

2 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate

Guidelines

Beat  cream cheese in expansive dish with mixer until creamy. Steadily beat in milk. Include dry pudding mix, extract and nutmeg; beat 2 min. Tenderly blend in 1-1/2 glasses whipped topping.

Line  9x5-inch loaf skillet with plastic wrap. Organize 15 wafers, top-sides down, on base of skillet; spread with 1/4 of the pudding mixture. Rehash layers 3 times. Top with 15 of the remaining wafers. Refrigerate 3 hours.

Transform  dessert onto plate; evacuate plastic wrap. Microwave chocolate and 1 container of the staying whipped topping in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 25 sec.; mix until chocolate is totally softened and mixture is decently mixed. Cool 1 min. Spill over treat. Trim with staying whipped topping and wafers.
