 OREO SMOOTHIE

You will require:

5 Oreo cookies

250 ml of milk

2 scoops of vanilla ice cream

tablespoon of vanilla quintessence

Chocolate sauce (discretionary)

1 pounded oreo (discretionary)

Have prepared eight 3- to 4-oz ice-pop forms and wooden ice-pop sticks.

 MAPLE AND BANANA FROZEN YOGHURT
This dessert is very easy to make and it can be made 3 days ahead.Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving.
SERVES 6
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup mashed bananas(3 medium size bananas)
1/4 cup lemon juice fresh squeezed
1/2 cup maple syrup easily available
500 grams carton plain yoghurt
1 egg white
1 teaspoon nutmeg grounded

STEPS
In a blender process the bananas,lemon juice,maple syrup,yoghurt and nutmeg till smooth.Pour the mixture into a freezer tray or a cake pan,cover with foil and freeze in the freezer until firm.Now chop the frozen mixture roughly ,beat in a small bowl with an electric beater until slightly softened.Add egg white and beat until the mixture is smooth.Return the mixture ti the freezer tray and cover and freeze until firm.
