RICH AND TASTY BEAUTIFUL DESSERTS
ORANGE MOUSSE
INGREDIENTS required are:
1 packet of orange jelly(100 grams)
½ cup
freshly squeezed orange juice
11/2 litre vanilla ice cream.
METHOD FOR MAKING THIS DESSERT
In a large bowl soften the vanilla ice
cream.In another bowl place the orange jelly and dissolve it in 3-4 tablespoons
of boiling hot water.Once the jelly has completely dissolved pour it on the
vanilla ice cream and stir it for 2-3 minutes till the gelatin is completed
blended with the ice cream.Mix in the orange juice and stir well.Place this
mixture in the refrigerator and allow it to set for 5-6 hours.Your orange
mousse is ready.
BLACK CURRANT MOUSSE
INGREDIENTS required are:
1 packet of black currant jelly(100 grams)
11/2 litre of vanilla ice cream.
Method
In a large bowl soften the vanilla ice
cream.In another bowl place the jelly and dissolve it in 3-4 tablespoons of
boiling hot water.Pour the dissolved gelatin over the softened vanilla ice
cream and stir well for 2-3 minutes till both the ingredients are well
blended.Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours to set the mousse.You
can garnish it with sweetened whipped cream.
PINEAPPLE MOUSSE
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR MAKING THIS DESSERT
ARE:
11/2 Litre of vanilla ice cream
1 packet of pineapple jelly
¼ cup pineapple juice
¼ teaspoon pineapple extract
METHOD FOR MAKING THIS BEAUTIFUL DESSERT
In a large bowl soften the vanilla ice cream
.A dd the pineapple juice and pineapple extract to the softened vanilla ice
cream and mix well till all the ingredients are well mixed.Now in another bowl
place the pineapple jelly and dissolve
it in 304 tablespoons of boiling hot water.Pour this dissolved jelly over the vanilla mixture and
stir for 2-3 minuted.Now place this bowl in the refrigerator to set for 5-6
hours.You can garnish this dessert with pineapple slices .
