Caramel-Chocolate Cream Puffs

5 Minute Key Lime Pie

1/4 container water

1 pkg. (4 serving size) without sugar lime flavor Jell-o (gelatin)

1 8oz. tub without fat whipped fixing

PUMPKIN PUDDING

Fixings:

1 small box vanilla pudding

1 container milk

1 container canned pumpkin (NOT pumpkin blend)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1/4 teaspoon gloves

Bearings:

Consolidate pudding blend and drain in blending dish, blend well. Include pumpkin and spices. Blend completely. Put into serving dishes, chill until set.

Clue:

I have utilized butterscotch pudding,

Can substitute 1 3/4 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice for the cinnamon/ginger/ gloves spices.

For a lower calorie pudding use without fat pudding & skim milk.

Macarons

ngredients:

2 3/4 mugs chipped coconut, toasted

4 egg whites

1 mug white sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Bearings

1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Line treat sheets with material paper.

2. In a substantial dish, whip egg whites with an electric blender until sufficiently solid to make an imprint through with a blade. Gradually sprinkle in the sugar, cinnamon and almond extract while keeping on mixxing on low speed. Overlay in toasted coconut by hand. Spoon or scoop onto the arranged treat sheets.

3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until treats are dry and peel of the paper effortlessly. Cool on wire racks and store in an impermeable holder at room temperature.

TIP: To toast coconut:

Spread chipped coconut out on a treat sheet and bake for 5 to 7 minutes in a 350 degrees F oven.

Tree grown foods PIZZA

2 pkgs. cream cheese

1 move refrigerated sugar treat mixture

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 c. sugar (or to taste)

Pizza container

Grouped soil grown foods proposals: Kiwi, strawberries, mandarin oranges, bananas, dark or blue berries
