INGREDIENTS-MAKES AROUND 60 COOKIES
2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
dash of salt
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup white granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 eggs large room temperature
2 cups Chocolate Chips
Directions for making chewy chocolate chip cookies
1. Heat the oven to 375°F.
2. In a small combine all the dry ingredeients together-all purpose flour, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl using an electric beater Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract together until the mixture has turned creamy. Now Add the eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.Now Gradually add in the flour mixture spoon by spoon and beating well.Gently using a spoon fold in the chocolate chips . Drop the prepared batter by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes or until cookies are lightlybrowned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
