1/2 cup unsalted butter softened at room
temperature
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup white granulated sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup white granulated sugar

3 Tbsp water
1 cup all purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
a pinch of salt
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
METHOD FOR MAKING
CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES WITHOUT EGGS
In a large bowl Beat the softened butter, brown sugar and white sugar together until well blended and creamy. Now beat in the water and pure vanilla extract and beat till the mixture is smooth. In a small bowl combine the flour, salt and baking soda together. Stir in the flour mixture into the well beaten butter mixture and whisk till all the ingredients are well combined.Using a spoon gently fold in the semi sweet chocolate chips. Drop 1 tablespoon sixed portions on the cookie sheet at 2 inches apart. Bake in the oven at 300 Degrees F for about 20 minutes until the cookies are lightly browned. Allow the cookies to remain in the oven for 5 minutes before removing them on the wire rack to cool completely.
