METHOD
Grease
a 25 cm x 30 cm swiss roll pan. Line the base of the pan with paper and grease
the paper. Squeeze excess moisture from the grated apples. In a large bowl sift
the flour ,stir in the apple, oats, apricots, almonds and sesame seeds. Make a
well in the centre. In a saucepan over low heat combine the honey, butter, lemon
rind,lemon juice and brown sugar without boiling stirring until the sugar has
dissolved.Now stir this mixture into the flour mixture.Press the mixture evenly
into the prepared swiss roll pan.Bake in the oven at 180 Degrees C OR 375
Degrees F for about 35 minutes or until golden brown.Cool in pan before cutting
into bars.
