ORANGE AND PASSION FRUIT GRANITA


Orange and passion fruit granite
Serves-6
175 ml carton frozen orange and passion fruit concentrate

6 teaspoons of grenadine
Method
Pour the concentrate fruit juice into a freezer container and make it up with 2 cartons of chilled water.Freeze until almost hard.
Tip the frozen juice into a roasting tin and using a metal fork crush it into small pieces.Spoon the crystals into a freezer bag ,fasten and return to the freezer until required.
 To serve,first chill 4 tall glasses in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes ,spoon some of the frozen crystals into each glass and top each portion with 1 teaspoon of grenadine
