PEANUT BUTTER PIE
1 baked pie crust, or use a 9 inch  graham cracker crust, 
4 ouncesof cream cheese, softened  room temperature
1 cup powdered' sugar 
1/2 cup peanut butter 
1/2 cup milk 
8 ounces whipped  topping 
1/4 cup chopped peanuts 
grated chocolate, optional 

BAKING METHOD 
In a medium size bowl, using an electric beater beat the softened cream cheese till it is  fluffy.Now add in confectioners' sugar and peanut butter and beat well till all ingredients are well combined.Now . Slowly add in  milk, beating until  the mixture is smooth. Fold in the whipped topping and  pour into  the crust. Top with chopped  peanuts and freeze. 

Remove from the  freezer at least 15  minutes prior to  serving. Top with shaved chocolate and serve.
1 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
1 cup Chocolate chips 
1 egg, large room temperature 
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla  extract
1 cup Heavy cream 
Whipped cream and chocolate shavings

BAKING METHOD
Place the  chocolate chips , egg and pure vanilla extract  in a food processor  and chop. In a pan Heat the  cream until it very hot and small bubbles start to  appear at edge. Do not boil the cream.In the blender which has the chopped chocolate,egg and vanilla extract.Add this hot cream into it and blend till the chocolate has melted and the mixture is completely smooth.. 
Pour  the mixture into dessert dishes, cover the dishes  with a  plastic wrap, and chill.Garnish with chocolate shavings and  Serve with whipped cream .
MARBLE JELLO DESSERT
 1 box of  sugar-free Jell-O(strawberry) flavour
8 ounce of  cream cheese softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup whipping cream
 2 teaspoons of Splenda sugar
Baking method
Prepare the Jello as per the instructions given on the box.Once the jelly is almost set with a beater beat the  mixture till it is thick and creamy.Take another bowl and beat the cream cheese and sour cream together in it.Beat in the splenda sugar and whipping cream till soft peaks are formed.Now fold this into the jello mixture allowing the two mixtures to marble.Spoon this prepared jello marble mixture into serving dishes and chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours.


GOOSEBERRY CREAM MOUSSE
450 Grams of gooseberries,topped and tailed
3 tablespoons of water
4 ounce white castor sugar
½ pint whipping cream
Few drops of green coloring

BAKING METHOD
In a saucepan over medium heat place the gooseberries with water,bring it to a boil and allow it to simmer till the gooseberries are soft for about 15-20 minutes.
Sieve this mixture into a bowl and stir in the sugar into it and leave the mixture to cool .

In a bowl beat the whipping cream with a beater till it forms soft peaks.Add few drops of green coloring to it.,then fold it into the gooseberry puree.Spoon into serving glasses and chill.
