ü Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup butter, room temperature
- ü 3/4 cup of brown sugar
- 3/4 cup of white sugar
- 1 cup of Nutella
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 eggs large
- 2 cups, plus 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- ¾ cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
- Method:
Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees F.In a bowl Cream the butter in with an electric beater till it is creamy and fluffy. Add the brown and white sugars and Nutella to it and beat well.
Add in the eggs, one at a time, and beating well after each addition. Add the vanilla extract and beat again. In a large bowl put the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda together. Sift and set aside. (Sifting the dry ingredients is very important)Mix into the butter mixture and beat on low speed until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Now fold in the chocolate chips and refrigerate the dough for 8-10 minutes.

“inch apart onto parchment paper lined cookie sheets. Bake at 350F for about 10-12
minutes. Allow the cookies to cool on the sheets for a few minutes before transferring
them to a wire rack to finish cooling.
