CHESTNUT CAROB MOUSSE INGREDIENTS
200 Grams of milk carob melted
1 egg,yolk and white separated
225 grams of chestnut spread
275 ml of thick cream
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Place the carob in a bowl of medium size and allow it to
cool but do not let it to set.
In another bowl combine the egg yolk and chestnut spread
together.Gradually stir in this combined mixture into the carob mixture.
Now in another bowl beat the thick cream till it forms peaks
and add it to the carob mixture.
In another bowl beat the egg whites till it forms soft peaks
fold this well beaten egg white mixture
into the carob mixture.Pour this prepared mixture into serving glasses and keep
in the refrigerator to set.
