100 grams butter melted room
temperature
¼ cup peanut butter
½ cup sugar
1 large egg
1 cup wholemeal self raising
flour
1 cup coconut
¼ cup unsalted peanuts that
have been roasted
COOKING METHOD for this easy
beautiful dessert
In a bowl using an electric
beater cream the butter, peanut butter and sugar together till it is light and fluffy.
Now add in the egg and beat with the beater till well combined. Using a spoon
or spatula stir in the flour, coconut and the roasted peanuts. Now taking
teaspoons of the mixture roll into balls. Place these balls on lightly greased
baking oven tray at about 3 cm apart. Flatten them slightly using a fork. Bake
at 210 DEGREES C/425 DEGREES F for about 10-12 minutes or till the cookies are
light brown in color.
