FREE GIFT LOW CAL DESSERTS FOR THE FIT COOK

LOW CAL MOCHA MOUSSE
2 cups toned or skimmed milk
4 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
11/2 teaspoon of coffee dissolved in 3 tablespoons of boiling hot water
11/2 cup hung curd (thick in consistency)
51/2 tablespoons of sugar free
21/2 teaspoon of gelatine
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Cooking method
Make a paste by dissolving the cocoa powder in ¼ cup of warm water. Now add this paste to the skimmed milk in a pan and place it on heat. Stirring constantly till the milk turns thick and starts coating the back of the spoon like a custard mixture. Remove from heat. Now add the coffee paste into the custard and mix well. Set aside.
In a small pan place ¼ cup of water and sprinkle gelatine over it. Stir it on low heat till the gelatine has completely dissolved. Remove from heat and add the hot gelatine mixture to the hot custard mixture. Mix t the mixture wellwell.allow the chocolate custard mixture to cool.
Now in another bowl beat the hung curd, vanilla extract and sugar together with a beater till it is smooth. Now add this mixture into the cooled chocolate custard mixture and mix well. Transfer this mixture into a serving bowl and place in the fridge to set for about 4-5 hours. Serve chilled.
LOW CAL FRUIT PARFAIT
2 cups chopped papaya
1 cup thick hung curd (thick curd)
¼ cup of milk
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of sugar free
1 tablespoon strawberry syrup
2 slices of fresh pineapple
1/3 cup pomegranate
2 kiwi fruits sliced
1/3 cup sliced strawberries.
COOKING METHOD
Make a papaya puree by placing papaya in a blender and blending it till a smooth mixture is ready. Cook this puree on low heat for about 4-5 minutes. Allow it to cool.
Now in a blender place the hung curd, papaya puree, vanilla extract, milk and blend. Now add the sugar to it and set this prepared whip aside.
Coat the glass in which the parfait is to be served with strawberry syrup. Now put 1 teaspoons of pomegranate in the glass at the bottom. Arrange pineapple slices over it as a layer. Now put 1 layer of the prepared papaya whip over the pineapple slices. Arrange kiwi and strawberries over it. Again put a layer of the papaya whip. Place the glass in the fridge. At the time of serving drizzle some strawberry syrup and serve chilled. And enjoy.
