Ingredients:

cups crushed thin pretzel sticks

Tablespoons granulated sugar

sticks butter softened at room temperature

cups boiling water

package strawberry flavoured gelatine

block (8 ounce) cheese, softened at room temperature

cup whipped cream
2
cups sliced fresh strawberries
Additional
whipped cream for garnish, optional
METHOD
FOR MAKING THIS EASY BEAUTIFUL DESSERT
Preheat the oven to 400 F.
now crush the pretzels with a rolling pin . In a bowl combine the crushed pretzels with 3 tablespoons of sugar and butter. With a spatula or using the back of a spoon, press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan to form a crust. Bake this crust for about 5 to 10 minutes until lightly browned. Cool it completely.
In another bowl Pour 2 of cups boiling water over the strawberry flavoured gelatine .Constantly Stir the till the gelatine is melted and let cool to room temperature.
After this with a beater beat the cream cheese 1 cup sugar, and whipped cream together until well combined. Spread this well combined mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
Now add the sliced strawberries to the cooled gelatine mixture and let it thicken slightly. Spread the strawberries and gelatine over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate it until firm. Cut into squares.
Cut into squares to serve.
